Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Minimum order and shipping costs

The minimum order value is £20. Orders in our General shipping profile qualify for free Express shipping from £20. Subscription products qualify for free Express shipping without an additional shipping threshold. Your available shipping option and any applicable cost are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off for a given day, or outside these dispatch days, will be prepared for the next available dispatch day. We expect delivery within 2–3 days after dispatch, but this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Public holidays, courier delays and delivery-area restrictions may affect timing. Check the delivery information provided for your order for the latest update.

Refrigerated and raw products

Our raw products require careful temperature handling. Please arrange to receive your parcel promptly and refrigerate products as directed on their packaging as soon as they arrive. If a delivery is delayed or the product arrives warm, leaking or damaged, please contact us so we can review it.

Delivery issues

If your order is damaged, incorrect, late or missing, email kombuheritage@pm.me with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or other issues visible on arrival, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order where possible, and include photos of the product and packaging if available. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. This reporting request does not affect your statutory rights.
