About us

OUR HERITAGE

Our Kombucha has been passed down through our Persian family heritage, flowing from the tender hands and ancient wisdom of our grandparents that nurtured this brew with the essence of love, patience and ancestral knowledge.

This ancient art of fermentation has been carefully nurtured and refined for over 50 years. It is a craft that was made in Iran and travelled with us to the UK, where it now thrives as we continue its legacy.


The inspiration behind starting Kombu Heritage comes from a passion for health and traditional brewing. Our founders have personal stories and experiences that drove them to the magic of Kombucha.
