Brewing a Better World: KombuHeritage’s Expansion for Global Impact & Community Wellbeing
Goal: £100,000 to expand KombuHeritage into the UK’s largest kombucha brand, fund the creation of a charity dedicated to health education and environmental sustainability, and build the infrastructure needed to support it all.
The KombuHeritage Mission:
We are not just brewing kombucha; we are brewing a movement. KombuHeritage aims to heal communities through the powerful benefits of kombucha and nature’s healing plants, and by expanding, we can create a greater positive impact on the world. Your contribution will support both the growth of our production and the launch of our community-driven charity, focused on health, sustainability, and education.
What We Will Achieve:
1. State-of-the-Art Brewing Facility: With your support, we will build a fully equipped brewing facility capable of producing over 2,000 bottles a month and scalable to meet growing demand.
2. Eco-Friendly Infrastructure: Our goal is to create a sustainable production process, with solar-powered brewing systems and eco-friendly packaging to minimise our environmental footprint.
3. Health Education Programs: Launch KombuCare, a charity dedicated to educating communities about gut health, nutrition, and sustainable living practices. This charity will provide free resources to underprivileged communities in the UK, starting locally but with a vision to expand globally.
4. Supporting Local Farmers: We will partner with local organic farms to source ingredients, supporting the UK’s agricultural sector and promoting sustainable farming practices.
5. Walk-in Fridge for Freshness: To maintain the raw, probiotic-rich quality of our kombucha, we will install a walk-in fridge that allows us to produce more without compromising on quality.
6. Job Creation and Fair Wages: Our expansion will create new jobs in the local community, and we are committed to paying fair wages and supporting ethical labor practices.
KombuCare Charity:
The KombuCare charity will focus on two pillars:
1. Health & Nutrition Education: KombuCare will host workshops, school programs, and free community events across the UK, teaching people about gut health, sustainable diets, and mental well-being.
2. Environmental Sustainability: We will launch campaigns focused on waste reduction, clean energy solutions, and eco-friendly farming practices.
